Truffles can be ordered prepackaged in denominations of truffle ounce or they can be ordered in bulk for larger discounts. The smaller by the ounce package show above nestles the truffle in a bed of Arborio Italian rice which absorbs the fragrance and essence of the truffle creating its own wonderful truffle dish when cooked.

Serving size 2-3

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup rice
• 1-1 1/2 cup of water or broth
• 1 tbsp butter or oil

Method:

Combine above ingredients in a pot with a tight lid.

Bring to a boil.

Stir once and cover with lid.

Reduce to simmer.

Cool 20 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
